The Milwaukee Bucks NBA franchise has submitted an application to permanently relocate their franchise to London, Ontario after it was announced that London native Justin Bieber had purchased the team. An unpresented move, this will be the first time in NBA history that a franchise has moved to a mid-size Canadian city 7 games into an NBA season. Justin Bieber, a long time Kyrie Irving fan believes he can convince the NBA star that vaccinations are good and worth getting. "This could be the push Kyrie needs to get back on the floor and do his thing" said an undisclosed Bucks executive. Only time will tell if the Bieb has the power to influence the impressionable Kyrie Irving. The team is hoping to have the relocation process completed prior to the evening so Bieber and Kyrie can have peace of mind while trick-or-treating. If application is successful, the Milwaukee Bucks will officially become the London Loonies and play their home games downtown London at the Budweiser Gardens.

I'm not sure if this is an unpresented move or not, but it's certainly unprecedented.
